Joke and Biagio from Joke Productions not only have a killer resume (Unmasking A Killer, Scream Queens for VH1, Deadly Recall), they also have a great podcast about the nuts and bolts of making unscripted TV. They had be on in 2018 to talk about working in Post, the notes process and advice on how to succeed in the industry. I had a great time talking with him. They are the real deal.
To call Kate Casey a reality show fan is a vast understatement. This stand up comedian and mom of 5 knows the ins and outs of reality TV better than some executives I know. We talked about my career working in Post. Her depth of knowledge on the genre and the sheer love for it make her a great interviewer. She’s great, is what I’m saying.
Aliza Rosen’s REALITY OF REALITY podcast is a staple in the business for a reason. She’s a long-time unscripted producer and development executive who has a keen eye and sharp mind about the industry. She’s had everyone from executives to Real Housewives and more on her show… and me! We talk about my career, what it was like working on THE BACHELOR and my Network Notes on Famous Movies. She’s the best.
The Jay and Tony Show is the production company run by best friends Jay and Tony (go figure). Famous for producing the Showtime show GIGILOS, Jay and Tony interview me about my network notes posts and how I worked for them on a forgotten CBS show from long, long ago. They are great guys and they know their stuff.
